The Turks Head

The Turks Head is a traditional
Market Town pub with a distinctly
contemporary feel. It's a highly
successful, privately owned freehouse
well respected in the area.

Set in a 17th Century wattle and daub
building with open fires and exposed
beams you can eat from our menu of
locally sourced produce and choose
from a broad selection of continental
lagers and real ales.

We also have a large garden at the rear
which now boasts a heated smoking
shelter and a garden bar which will open
at the weekends when the weather perks
up.

When it comes to eating we serve classic, honest food, prepared to order and reasonably priced. Home comforts and British classics - pies, puddings, squeaks and cobblers - dishes to satisfy your appetite with known, loved and trusted ingredients.

SUNDAY LUNCH - We roast a rib of beef every Sunday.

KIDS - Toy box, high chair, kid's portions and baby changing - to make it easier to enjoy your time here.

FISH NIGHT - Every Wednesday.
