That is what the brochure says, but is it so ?
My family, partner and two children aged 13 and 15,
were invited to put this to the test with one of the
special Short Breaks offered by Black Prince Holidays
who have a fleet of boats which can be hired from
many different locations aound the UK.
Living in Redditch, we opted for the closest base
namely Stoke Works near Bromsgrove.
(see map below).
Firstly, all you need are some clothes. Absoulute everything is included right down to tea towels, washing up liquid , soap, toilet rolls, towels and bedding. Parking is right next to the boats and free.
The accomodation is superb. I am 6ft 4inches tall and I didn't bang my head once, even the shower was big enough and with lashings of hot water all the time from the superb central heating system.
